The Programme for High Training and Involvement of Human Resources by Gold was named “Altius” following the Olympic motto stating that athletes and everyone willing to compete in order to increase his abilities in front of himself and in front of the others, must first of all aim higher.

The latin phrase Citius Altius Fortius emphasizes the role of speed and strength, but the word Altius expresses in the best possible way  the spirit with which everyone must be the master of  his personal and professional path, in order to grow for both personal and collective benefit.

Altius is a programme that links training to team building combining in itself the great events that mark a watershed in the growth of people and of the involved companies. Basically Altius can combine the strong tradition of the Group and its relation with the local human resources to innovative training and motivation formulas, which make the programme unique in its kind.

On the occasion of the Olympic year, specific initiatives connected to the Olympic spirit were undertaken within the involved teams.
