 “Gold” is the general name used for all the realities through which the control chain of Franco Colaiacovo family operates.

More in detail we find:
- Franco Colaiacovo Gold Sapa which controls the shareholdings in Financo and in the related subsidiary companies. 
- Gold Holding Srl which controls the shareholdings in the operating companies not referable to Financo Group.

The boards of directors of the two family holdings reflect the Governance model according to which the Family Council members are represented in the executive bodies of the companies.
