Shareholdings

• Gold controls 25% of Gruppo Financo, the holding company of Colacem - the third largest cement and concrete producer in Italy - as well as several other activities, including significant ventures in the travel and leisure sector. Financo also controls 1% of Capitalia (Unicredit).

• Gold also controls 50% of Nextrend, a holding company that owns 3,175% of Charme Investments, an investment fund specialising in investments in the luxury goods sector (investments which include the recently-IPO of Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Ballantynes).

• Gold Holding is one of the promoters of Ambienta Sgr Fund and owns 1% of it through the company Axon Finance, controlled at 50%. 
     
• In the sector of industrial and civil plant engineering and production, Gold Holding is present with Rigel. Gold also has operations in the property management sector.
   
• Gold operates in the sector of Information Technology and telephony through a pool of companies defined “Technological Pole” among which we mention more in detail Wavemax, a company operating in telecommunications. In particular Wavemax is one of the italian winner of Wimax licence, the new tecnology for broadband connection. Another company is Italia Innova a laboratory linked to Italian Minister for Innovation.
